Job Summary
PRN Physical Therapist collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to provide professional and technical physical therapy, performing evaluation, treatment planning and implementation, ongoing re-assessment and discharge planning. Requires a degree in Physical Therapy, BLS certification, and a valid Texas license or temporary license with at least 1 year of licensed PT experience. Responsibilities include clear communication, relationship-building, accountability, patient experience enhancement, proactive professional growth, and contributing to a high-performing team.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate program in Physical Therapy
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
- Required Valid Texas License or Temporary License
- 1 year Licensed PT
