Physical Therapist PRN

Provide professional physical therapy to assigned patients in a fast-paced, highly technical environment. Responsibilities include evaluation, treatment planning and implementation, ongoing re-assessment and discharge planning; collaborate with a multidisciplinary team; render direct and indirect patient care in accordance with the Practice of Physical Therapy Act/Rules; communicate clearly, build relationships, be accountable, and support professional growth while contributing to a collaborative and patient-centered environment. PRN position with varying hours and two weekend days per month; hospital context with acute-care services and a focus on quality patient care.
