Physical Therapist / PRN

Render professional physical therapy to assigned patients, including evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, ongoing re-assessment, and discharge planning. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide direct and indirect patient care while communicating clearly and openly. Build relationships to promote a collaborative environment, always look for ways to improve the patient experience, and take initiative for your professional growth. Work 8 am to 5 pm, M-F, with weekends available.
