Physical Therapist PRN

Render professional and technical physical therapy to assigned patients, including evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, ongoing re-assessment, and discharge planning. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide direct and indirect patient care while communicating clearly, building relationships, and promoting a collaborative environment. Always look for ways to improve the patient experience and take initiative for professional growth. This PRN role requires a Texas license, one year of licensed experience, and Basic Life Support certification. Schedule varies with two weekend days monthly required.
