Physical Therapist (PRN) Mason Orthopaedics & Spine -

Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments to develop and revise treatment plans for outpatients, inpatients, pediatrics, and off-site locations. Deliver daily direct therapy following established plans of care while providing instruction on therapeutic procedures to patients and families. Maintain accurate electronic medical records documenting care, coordination of services, and goals, and co-sign supervised physical therapist assistants. Supervise physical therapist assistant interventions and ensure compliance with departmental policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols.
