Physical Therapist PRN Inpatient Rehab

Assess, plan, and organize rehabilitative programs to improve mobility, relieve pain, and increase strength for patients suffering from disease or injury. Collaborate with physicians to establish ongoing evaluation of treatment programs, goals, and discharge plans while incorporating patient and family input. Implement treatment activities to progress patients toward goals, provide education and training, and offer discharge instructions and referrals to community resources. Document evaluations, plans, and each treatment session according to departmental guidelines and protocols. Adhere to ethical business practices, maintain confidentiality, and observe infection prevention precautions. Participate in staff meetings, process improvement activities, and mandatory professional development to maintain licensure.
