Physical Therapist PRN Inpatient Rehab

Assess, plan, and organize rehabilitative programs to improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent deformity in patients suffering from disease or injury. Collaborate with physicians to establish treatment programs, goals, and discharge plans while implementing selected treatment activities to progress patients toward objectives. Document evaluations, session protocols, and family education materials per departmental guidelines and provide discharge instructions and referrals to community resources. Adhere to ethical business practices, maintain patient confidentiality, and participate in staff meetings and mandatory education activities.
