Physical Therapist PRN Inpatient Rehab

Assess, plan, and organize rehabilitative programs to improve mobility, relieve pain, and increase strength for patients with disease or injury. Implement treatment plans, select appropriate activities to progress toward goals, and revise plans with patient or family input. Provide ongoing education, discharge instructions, and referrals to community resources. Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and required compliance materials per departmental guidelines. Collaborate with physicians to establish and evaluate treatment programs, goals, and discharge plans. Maintain confidentiality, adhere to ethical standards, and participate in staff meetings and process improvement activities. Complete mandatory education, core competencies, and licensure requirements.
