Job Summary
Physical Therapist PRN in inpatient rehab (Days) assesses, plans, organizes, and participates in rehabilitative programs to improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformity for patients. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, selecting and adjusting activities, educating patients and families, providing discharge instructions and referrals, collaborating with physicians, documenting evaluations and plans, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Requires licensure in physical therapy with a degree in PT (Doctorate, Masters, or Bachelor’s) and effective communication, teamwork, and basic computer skills.
