Job Summary
Physical Therapist PRN in inpatient rehabilitation finishing Day shift. The role assesses, plans, and delivers rehabilitation programs to improve mobility, relieve pain, and enhance functional outcomes. Responsibilities include implementing the treatment plan, selecting activities to progress toward goals, collaborating with physicians and families, providing patient and family education, delivering discharge instructions and referrals, documenting evaluations and plans of care, and ensuring compliance with departmental and system policies. Requires licensure as a PT, BLS certification, and ongoing professional development; strong communication, teamwork, and patient-service orientation are essential. Location: Bossier City, LA (US).
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's/Bachelor's in Physical Therapy
- PT - Physical Therapist
- BLS - Basic Life Support
- All certifications are required upon hire
- Effective communication skills, customer service focused, team oriented
