Job Summary
PRN Physical Therapist in inpatient rehabilitation. Responsible for assessing, planning, organizing and providing PT services to improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformity. Collaborates with physicians to establish and revise plans of care, educates patients and families, and completes discharge instructions and referrals. Requires PT degree (DPT/MSPT/BSPT) and active licensure, BLS, and strong communication and teamwork skills. Emphasizes adherence to ethical standards, infection prevention, and patient-centered care. Works in an inpatient rehab setting with day shift in Oakland, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate Physical Therapy or Masters Physical Therapy or Bachelors Physical Therapy
- PT - Physical Therapist
- BLS - Basic Life Support or BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor
