Physical Therapist PRN Inpatient Rehab - Days

Physical Therapist provides inpatient rehabilitation services across the continuum, implementing and evaluating treatment plans to improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformity. Responsibilities include patient assessment, planning and providing care, collaborating with physicians and families, implementing discharge instructions, documenting evaluations and plans of care, and ensuring compliance with departmental guidelines and infection prevention. The role emphasizes ethical practice, teamwork, effective communication, and ongoing professional development. Candidate must hold a PT degree (Doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor's) and required licensure with BLS certification.
