Job Summary
Physical Therapist PRN in inpatient rehab (Days) at WellStar in Dallas, TX. Responsibilities include assessing and planning rehabilitative programs to improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength and prevent deformity; implementing treatment plans; selecting appropriate activities; collaborating with physicians, patients, and families; providing ongoing education; discharge instructions and referrals; documenting evaluations and plans of care; ensuring regulatory compliance; and participating in team-based care with a focus on ethical practice, patient confidentiality, infection prevention, and process improvement. Requires PT licensure (Doctorate, Masters, or Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy) and Basic Life Support certification; strong communication and teamwork skills emphasized.
