Physical Therapist PRN Inpatient Rehab - Days

Implement the physical therapy treatment plan and select appropriate activities to progress patients toward mobility, pain relief, and strength goals. Collaborate with physicians to establish, evaluate, and revise plans of care, including discharge planning incorporating patient and family input. Provide ongoing education, discharge instructions, and referrals to community resources while documenting evaluations, sessions, and training according to departmental guidelines. Maintain confidentiality, adhere to infection prevention precautions, and participate in staff meetings and professional development activities. Work part-time on a day shift in Wellstar's integrated health system in Georgia.
