Job Summary
Establish appropriate goals and execute treatment plans for older adults while supervising Physical Therapist Assistants. Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation as a member of the interdisciplinary team. Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community. No home health experience required; full training provided. Valid or pending state license and accredited school graduation mandatory. Flexible schedule with no set start or end times. Mileage reimbursement included. 401(k) plans and company-paid EAP available.
Required Qualifications
- Be a graduate of an accredited school for Therapists
- Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license
Desired Qualifications
- Acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience
