Job Summary
Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans while supervising Physical Therapist Assistants. Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation to help patients achieve critical outcomes. Partner with the interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care to the geriatric population in senior-living and post-acute settings. Work flexible hours and weekends as part of our Home Health Rehab Team serving Oak Park and surrounding areas.
Required Qualifications
- Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists
- Hold a valid state license
- Valid Drivers license
- CPR certification
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
