Job Summary
Physical Therapist PRN responsible for evaluating and treating patients in inpatient rehab within legal and departmental guidelines; supervises and directs Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Technicians; develops and implements the plan of care to improve function and prevent injury; performs documentation and participates in quality improvement; 1:1 therapist-patient care focus; opportunities to work at multiple Franciscan Health therapy locations; PRN days with weekend/holiday differential offered.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent
- valid license or temporary permit for Indiana or applicable state
- experience and/or new graduate eligible
- ability to work in team environment
- willingness to travel to various Franciscan Health therapy locations
