Physical Therapist PRN

Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on patient assessments and care goals. Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy interventions to clinically complex respiratory and ventilator-dependent residents. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed while collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, and rehabilitation staff to optimize patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility requirements. Uphold the highest professional and ethical standards of physical therapy practice. Work PRN in person hours with a minimum of one shift per month and one shift per pay period preferred.
