Physical Therapist (PRN) – Fairfield Hospital

Evaluate patients, gather pertinent information from various sources, and develop appropriate treatment plans with specific goals. Provide direct therapy to patients daily following their plan of care and current standards of practice, including instruction in therapeutic procedures for patients and families. Maintain accurate and concise records of treatment provided, patient progress, and coordination of services in the electronic medical record. Supervise physical therapist assistants' treatment interventions and professional growth while ensuring set levels of productivity without jeopardizing quality. Adhere to departmental policies regarding safety, infection control, and timecard recording, including all necessary education and yearly compliance requirements.
