Job Summary
Implement residents' personal care plans within a skilled nursing setting, focusing on their strengths, preferences, and routines while providing comfort and companionship. Deliver therapeutic interventions across multiple diagnostic groups, including urinary incontinence, vestibular rehab, home safety assessment, and movement disorders. Complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements. Work 1 to 2 weekdays per week as a PRN provider at Fox Run Village by Erickson Senior Living in Novi, Michigan.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and current state Physical Therapy license
- Degree and training meeting current Medicare and state requirements
- Ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements
