Job Summary
Implement residents' personal care plans while focusing on their strengths, preferences, and routines to provide comfort and companionship. Deliver holistic support addressing physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs across specialty programs like urinary incontinence, vestibular rehab, and home safety assessment. Complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements. Possess a valid state Physical Therapy license with experience in older adults. Work as PRN/Per Diem at Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and current state Physical Therapy license
