Job Summary
Implement residents' personal care plans with a holistic approach addressing physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs. Prioritize residents' strengths, preferences, and routines while providing comfort and companionship. Complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements. Focus on older adults across multiple diagnostic groups, including urinary incontinence, vestibular rehab, home safety assessment, movement disorders, and low vision. Work within an interdisciplinary clinical team at Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living, a 103-acre continuing care retirement community in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Onsite physicians and medical centers support resident wellness and employee health.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license
- Degree and training must meet current Medicare and state requirements
- The ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements
