Job Summary
Implement residents' personal care plans while focusing on their strengths, preferences, and routines to provide comfort and companionship. Deliver holistic physical therapy support addressing physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs across multiple diagnostic groups. Complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements. Work 1 to 2 weekdays a week in a skilled nursing setting at Fox Run Village by Erickson Senior Living in Novi, Michigan.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and current state Physical Therapy license
- Degree and training meeting current Medicare and state requirements
- Ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements

- Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups
