Job Summary
Implement residents' personal care plans while focusing on their strengths, preferences, and routines to provide comfort, companionship, and belonging. Deliver a holistic approach supporting physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs across multiple diagnostic groups, including urinary incontinence, vestibular rehab, home safety assessment, movement disorders, and low vision. Complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements. Work 1 to 2 weekdays a week in a skilled nursing setting at Fox Run Village by Erickson Senior Living in Novi, Michigan, with onsite physicians and medical centers available.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and current state Physical Therapy license
- Degree and training meeting current Medicare and state requirements
- Ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups
