Physical Therapist - PRN

Consult patients on physical conditions, assess test results, and develop personalized rehabilitation programs using varied treatment techniques. Administer prescribed therapies to relieve pain and restore function while ensuring all interventions align with the established plan of care. Monitor patient responses to modify approaches as clinically appropriate through interdisciplinary team collaboration. Provide education to patients, families, and caregivers, and maintain thorough documentation complying with regulatory requirements. Attend designated meetings with the Director of Rehab. Requires an active Texas Physical Therapy license in good standing; SNF/long-term care experience and knowledge of the Net Health system are preferred. New graduates welcome to apply.
