Physical Therapist - PRN

Consult with patients to assess their physical condition, interpret test results, and develop personalized rehabilitation programs. Administer medically prescribed treatments to relieve pain and restore function while ensuring all interventions align with the established plan of care. Monitor patient responses to treatment, modify approaches as clinically appropriate with interdisciplinary team collaboration, and provide education to patients, families, and caregivers. Complete thorough, timely documentation complying with regulatory requirements and attend designated meetings. Requires an active Texas Physical Therapy license and experience in SNF or long-term care settings.
