Job Summary

Administer medically prescribed therapies to relieve pain and restore function while monitoring patient responses and modifying approaches with interdisciplinary team collaboration. Ensure all documentation complies with state and federal regulations and attend designated meetings. Requires an active Texas Physical Therapy license and current knowledge of treatment practices; preferred skills include experience in SNF/long-term care and the Net Health Electronic Documentation System. Required Qualifications
- Active/Valid Texas license in Physical Therapy
- In good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards
Desired Qualifications
- SNF/Long term care experience preferred
- Current knowledge of treatment practices
- Knowledge of Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred
- Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities
