Job Summary
PT responsibilities include delivering professional physical therapy to assigned patients, performing evaluation, treatment planning and implementation, ongoing reassessment and discharge planning in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Must communicate clearly, build collaborative relationships, be accountable for performance, seek patient-experience improvements, take initiative for professional growth, and engage with a winning team. Requires Bachelors-level PT education, Texas licensure (or temporary license), and BLS; PRN hours with variable days including two weekend days per month.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate program in Physical Therapy
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
- Required Valid Texas License or Temporary License
- 1 year Licensed PT
Desired Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
- Valid Texas License or Temporary License
- 1 year Licensed Physical Therapist experience
