Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PRN) delivering in-home physical therapy across a spectrum of diagnoses to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Plans and administers prescribed PT treatment to restore function and prevent disability, conducts comprehensive assessments, performs tests (range-of-motion, manual muscle tests, functional analysis), and educates patients and families for home continuation of care. Supervises licensed physical therapy assistants and aides, collaborates across disciplines, and adapts care to evolving home health delivery. Licensed PT required within 30 days of hire; BLS/AHA certification preferred; valid state license in good standing. Compensation base range: $50.56-$73.29 per hour with potential additional incentives; benefits package available.
