Physical Therapist PRN

Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations to assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Administer safe and effective therapy treatments while documenting findings, progress notes, and billing information accurately. Reassess and adjust treatment plans to align with patient progress, educating families on therapeutic exercises and post-treatment care. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care, operating equipment safely and maintaining a clean environment. Maintain compliance with facility policies regarding safety and infection control. Schedule is PRN with flexible shifts. Doctorate in Physical Therapy, state license, and BCLS required.
