Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PRN) assesses, plans, and implements rehabilitation programs to improve mobility, relieve pain, and increase strength across the continuum of care. Works with physicians to establish and evaluate treatment plans, provides patient/family education and discharge instructions, documents evaluations and plans of care, and participates in professional development and process improvement. Maintains ethical standards, strong teamwork, and patient-focused service while delivering care in a Grovetown, GA facility.
Required Qualifications
- PT license (Physical Therapist)
- BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
- Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate in Physical Therapy
