Physical Therapist - PRN

Job Summary
As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs, interpreting plans and supervising patient treatments to ensure care and safety. You will review and evaluate patient responses, make recommendations to physicians regarding treatments, and document patient visits per departmental policies. This role requires working varying eight-hour shifts with an average of 24 hours per week, including holiday and weekend work. Sensitivity and the ability to build strong relationships with patients and families are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or certificate
- Graduate of a Physical Therapy Program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association or a related international degree
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross
- Internship experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in an acute-care setting
Additional Requirements
