Consult patients on physical conditions, assess evaluations, and develop personalized rehabilitation programs. Administer prescribed treatments to relieve pain and restore function while monitoring responses and modifying approaches with interdisciplinary team collaboration. Required Qualifications
- Active/Valid Texas license in Physical Therapy
- In good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards
Desired Qualifications
- SNF/Long term care experience preferred
- Current knowledge of treatment practices
- Knowledge of Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred
- Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities
