Job Summary
Outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapist role focused on delivering individualized, evidence-based care plans and high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy in a collaborative team environment within the Upstream Rehabilitation network. Responsibilities include developing patient-centered treatment plans, delivering therapy, building connections with patients and local providers, and leveraging mentorship and ongoing education programs to grow clinically. Eligible clinicians may participate in residency/fellowship programs and benefit from mentorship, loan-repayment assistance, generous benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and clinic ownership within a broad national network.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- Active Georgia Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
- Ability to develop individualized, evidence-based care plans
- Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy
- Collaborate with peers in a team environment
- Participate in Upstream’s education and development programs
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Georgia (or eligible)
