Physical Therapist PRN

Physical Therapist PRN evaluates patients and prescribes a treatment program with physician approval; the therapist adjusts the program within constraints and confers with the physician as needed. Documents treatment and progress and makes suggestions toward further treatment. May have additional duties within scope. Requires Masters/Doctorate of Physical Therapy, active PT license, and BLS. Strong communication skills, ability to maintain professionalism and customer-centric approach, ability to supervise and train employees, and computer proficiency (Windows-based). Working conditions include significant mobility, some lifting, heavy computer work, and exposure to health-care environment. Primary location: Baptist Medical Center East, United States of America.
