Provide effective and efficient patient care including initial assessments, re-evaluations, treatment planning, and implementation of individualized rehab goals. Administer assistive devices and wheelchairs while instructing patients and families on proper use. Maintain accurate, timely documentation of clinical interventions, discharge recommendations, and billing details. Demonstrate sound clinical reasoning to maximize patient safety and outcomes while adhering to accreditation guidelines and professional ethics. Manage daily therapy area maintenance and equipment needs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, participate in staff development, and supervise PT students and volunteers.
