Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient examinations, evaluations, and establish individualized plans of care with goals and discharge recommendations. Provide daily evidence-based treatment to promote functional independence, modify treatment programs, and monitor physiological status during sessions. Perform documentation in the EHR, submit accurate charges and daily summary sheets, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team. Participate in program improvement, clinical education, and customer service standards while meeting departmental productivity targets. Adhere to UAMS/Department policy for attendance and complete shift duties on time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy if graduated prior to 2002
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy if graduated prior to 2016
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy
- Eligible for licensure
- Proof of legal authority to work in the United States
- Annual TB Screening
- Criminal Background Check
- Substance Abuse Testing
