Physical Therapist PRN Acute Care Therapies

Physical therapist tasked with assessing, planning, organizing, and participating in rehabilitative programs to improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength and prevent deformity for patients. Delivers care across the full continuum, ensures discharge instructions and follow-up, educates patients and families, coordinates with physicians and staff, documents evaluations and plans of care per departmental guidelines, and adheres to ethics and infection prevention standards. Requires licensure and ongoing professional development; strong communication and collaboration skills with a patient- and family-centered approach.
