Physical Therapist position (PRN) providing assessment, planning, and implementation of rehabilitation programs to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance strength. Responsibilities include executing and updating treatment plans, selecting and adjusting treatment activities, educating patients and families, providing discharge instructions and referrals, collaborating with physicians and staff, and ensuring accurate documentation. Requires adherence to regulatory standards, ethical practice, infection prevention, and participation in professional development and mandatory education; must maintain licensure and participate in team-based care to support WellStar’s patient-focused rehabilitation services in the Marietta, GA area.
