Job Summary
Physical Therapist assesses, plans, organizes and participates in rehabilitative programs to improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength and prevent deformity. Responsible for evaluating patients in collaboration with physicians, establishing plans of care and discharge plans, documenting evaluations and treatments, and providing patient/family education. Maintains ethical standards, confidentiality, effective communication with team members, and adherence to infection prevention and facility policy; required certifications upon hire include PT licensure and BLS, with ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate Physical Therapy or Masters Physical Therapy or Bachelors Physical Therapy
- PT - Physical Therapist
- BLS - Basic Life Support (or equivalent)
