Job Summary
PRN Physical Therapist in Acute Care providing professional PT services to assigned patients; collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to perform evaluation, treatment planning and implementation, ongoing re-assessment and discharge planning; requires a graduate from an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate Physical Therapy program, current BLS, and a valid Texas license (or temporary license); minimum of 1 year licensed PT; responsibilities include clear communication, relationship-building, accountability, patient experience enhancement, proactive professional growth, and contributing to a winning team.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate program in Physical Therapy
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
- Required Valid Texas License or Temporary License
- 1 year Licensed PT
