Physical Therapist PRN - Acute Care

Provide professional physical therapy to assigned patients in an acute care setting as a PRN PT. Responsibilities include rendering direct and indirect patient care using evaluation, treatment planning and implementation, ongoing re-assessment and discharge planning, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and maintaining clear communication.
