Job Summary
Physical Therapist PRN in acute care providing direct and indirect patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include evaluation, treatment planning and implementation, ongoing re-assessment, and discharge planning to optimize patient outcomes; requires a bachelor-level or post-baccalaureate PT program, BLS, and Texas licensure with at least 1 year of licensed PT experience. Strong communication, collaboration, accountability, and a proactive approach to improving patient experience are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate program in Physical Therapy
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
- Required Valid Texas License or Temporary License
- 1 year Licensed PT
