Physical Therapist-PRMC

Physical Therapist to evaluate patients and deliver a broad range of therapeutic interventions across inpatient, outpatient, long term care, community-based care, and home health settings, with a focus on rehabilitating physical and developmental disorders. Role emphasizes hands-on, collaborative care, clinical problem-solving, and meaningful patient connection. Requires knowledge of physical therapy principles, ability to interpret data, basic computer skills, and understanding of regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients through diverse therapeutic interventions, coordinating a comprehensive rehabilitation program, promoting patient/caregiver self-determination, coordinating with other disciplines, and supporting discharge goals. Settings may include inpatient, outpatient, long-term care, community-based care, and home health care. Education/credentials considered: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; Doctorate of Physical Therapy preferred. EPIC electronic charting system familiarity and a commitment to professional growth and safety are noted.
