Job Summary
Physical Therapist to evaluate patients and deliver a broad range of therapeutic interventions across inpatient, outpatient, long term care, community-based care, and home health settings; role focuses on restoring function, independence, and quality of life, with hands-on, collaborative practice and clinical problem-solving. Responsibilities include interpreting data, applying physical therapy knowledge to rehabilitation of physical function and developmental disorders, overseeing a comprehensive rehab program, promoting patient/caregiver self-determination, coordinating with multiple disciplines, aiming toward discharge goals, and advocating for patients. Settings may include inpatient, outpatient, long term care, community-based care and home health care; requires EPIC charting and adherence to relevant regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Less than one year experience in physical therapy
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Doctorate of Physical Therapy Preferred
