Job Summary
Provide medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary disorders. Perform duties in accordance with hospital policy, state, and federal regulatory licensing and accrediting requirements. Maintain current state Physical Therapy license and BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire. Work per diem shifts with variable hours at Olympia Fields Hospital.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy
- Current state Physical Therapy license
- Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current
