Job Summary
Assess patients for mobility, strength, balance, and functional limitations to develop individualized therapy plans. Guide post-surgical rehabilitation for joint replacements and cardiac procedures while managing pain through manual therapy and guided movement. Educate patients and families on exercise techniques, assistive device use, and safety practices to support discharge planning and safe transitions after hospitalization. Work 8-hour day shifts from 8:00am to 4:00pm at Dallas Medical Center in Farmers Branch, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy
- Current state Physical Therapy license
- Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current
