Perform in-depth assessments to establish baselines and identify therapy goals for patients. Collaborate with patients to design and implement personalized rehabilitation strategies using exercises, manual therapy, and modalities like ultrasound or electrical stimulation. Regularly evaluate patient progress to modify treatment plans and guide home programs that support ongoing recovery. Work closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary providers to ensure a coordinated approach to care in our outpatient rehabilitation clinic.
