Job Summary
Conduct skilled therapy services and provide rehabilitative treatment interventions for patients with physical functioning disorders using evidence-based practice. Deliver consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders. Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards. This role supports the in-house therapy team at Continuum Rehab Group serving Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care Facilities in Prescott Valley, AZ. Candidates must hold a valid (or in-process) license from an accredited university.
Required Qualifications
