Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist evaluates patients across inpatient, outpatient, long-term care, community-based care, and home health settings to restore function and independence. The role is hands-on, collaborative, and focused on a broad range of therapeutic interventions for rehabilitation of physical function and developmental disorders, with emphasis on clinical problem-solving, patient connection, and coordination across disciplines to achieve discharge goals. Requires knowledge of PT principles across the life span, basic computer skills, and familiarity with regulations in the clinical setting. EPIC electronic charting is used; the position supports patient advocacy and optimal utilization of outside resources to maximize independence. May involve varied work shifts and settings, with potential night/weekend differentials.
